Audi UK has appointed José Miguel Aparicio to lead the brand, succeeding Andrew Doyle who leaves the brand in September.
Doyle is leaving Audi UK after leading the brand for the last seven years to head up Australian dealer group Peter Warren Automotive as its chief executive.
Aparicio joins Audi UK from Volkswagen Group Spain, where he has held the role of Audi brand director for the last six years.
He has also been director of Škoda and sales director of the Seat brand in Spain.
He has over 26 years’ experience within the industry, having started his career with Ford Motor Company in Spain in various sales and aftersales positions.
Before joining the automotive industry Aparicio studied mechanical engineering at a high level in both Paris and Madrid.

Aparicio will start his new role on October 1.
