Actor Christina Ricci has dropped her Los Angeles house on the market for $4.2 million. Compass, who holds the listing, shared that the Yellowjackets star is selling the property to accommodate a family member who now needs to live with her after being displaced by the Palisades wildfires that took place in January 2025.
Ricci’s home is in the east LA neighborhood of Silver Lake, wedged between Hollywood and Echo Park. The three-bed, four-bath residence, originally built in 2018, is on a quiet cul-de-sac perched above the Silver Lake Reservoir. The 7,496-square-foot dwelling is situated on a plot spanning 0.17 acres with panoramic views of downtown LA and the nearby mountains.
A glass-encased catwalk leads up to the home’s entryway. Inside, guests are greeted by an expansive living area that ushers in natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows. The sprawling dining area is outfitted with a Sub-Zero fridge, Miele appliances, a built-in coffee machine, custom cabinetry, and a sleek center island. Past the main space are sliding glass doors that open out to a sun-drenched private deck and stairs to a rooftop terrace.

Past the floating staircase is a primary suite on the lower level equipped with a fireplace, a customized walk-in closet, a spa-inspired bathroom, and a glass wall. The backyard boasts a pool and an assortment of citrus trees.
News of Ricci parting ways with the residence comes less than a year after the actor listed another LA property for $2.25 million—a traditional four-bedroom, four-bathroom dwelling in Woodland Hills that was featured on season two Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis. It has yet to be confirmed if that house was sold.
