The Ford UK chief was on hand to present the prestigious 2023 President’s Award to the largest independent dealership in Europe retailing only Ford cars and commercial vehicles.
OMC Motor Group is run by the third and fourth generation of the Eglin family; Robin Eglin, chairman and Jonathan Eglin, managing director.
Lisa Brankin, chair and managing director of Ford UK, visited OMC Ford Oldham on May 15 to present the award personally to Robin Eglin and the team to recognise its high standards of customer satisfaction, quality and outstanding dealer performance across both sales and service.
The trophy rewards the top performers and remains exclusive to the top 30 performers nationally.
“As a family-owned business, which has been selling Ford’s since 1911, customer satisfaction means a great deal to us as we aim to deliver family-like care to all,” said an OMC spokesperson.
“We like to treat all our customers as if they are part of the OMC family. A huge thank you to all our customers and dedicated staff who make our success possible.”
